Boards that match the method
Iterative sprints, stage gates, predictive programmes, or ColonyFlow. The workspace changes with the model — sprints, phases, gates, Hive — instead of forcing every team onto the same generic board.
Yuzu Projects · Inject Group
Boards that match how you actually run the work. A calendar the whole organisation can see. Copilot that stays on the project — and the same record your developers open from Cursor.

The product
Most teams already know what “done” should look like. The problem is the work lives in one place, the dates in another, the notes in a doc, and the agent in a chat that forgets the sprint.
Yuzu Projects is the workspace for organisations that run real delivery: one project, one board, one calendar, one Copilot — with optional CLI and Cursor so engineers do not keep a second source of truth.
Features
Pick the model your programme already uses. Invite the people who own the work. Keep personal notes personal.
Iterative sprints, stage gates, predictive programmes, or ColonyFlow. The workspace changes with the model — sprints, phases, gates, Hive — instead of forcing every team onto the same generic board.
Tasks with dates, meetings, breaks, and imported events in day, week, month, and agenda views. Find a time across teammates. Drag to reschedule when your role allows.
Not a generic chat window. Project Copilot uses the board, the delivery model, and the charter — so answers land in the same record you open tomorrow.
Personal notes stay yours. Quick tasks cover the light list — reminders, errands, follow-ups — without turning them into a programme card.
MCP and the Yuzu CLI talk to the tasks the web app shows. Agents can create, update, and close work you can still open in the browser.
Organisations, email invites, and roles that match the board. When a project should leave the live list, it goes to the bin — not into folklore.
01 — Board
New projects choose Agile and Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or ColonyFlow. That choice drives the tool strip: epics, sprints, gates, matrix, Hive, charter. You keep one product; each programme keeps its language.
02 — Calendar
Scheduled work, meetings, appointment slots, and imported calendars sit in one grid. Filter to a project when you need focus. Copilot can find a time and draft the invite — you still confirm it.
03 — Copilot
Project Copilot stays inside the delivery record. Planning helpers can draft a backlog from requirements; you review and apply. For ColonyFlow, it can nudge when a trail goes cold — without replacing your ceremonies.
04 — Cursor
Install MCP once. Agents and the Yuzu CLI create and close the same tasks the rest of the organisation sees at app.yuzuup.com. No shadow spreadsheet. No “we’ll update Jira later.”
Tutorials
From the first project to Copilot and Cursor. Each lesson has a still and a video — we will fill these frames as the recordings go live.
Start here
Sign in, land in your organisation, and open the first project. This is the three-minute tour of the header, the board, and where help lives.
Choose a delivery model, name the work, and invite the first members.
Move work, write the story, and keep acceptance criteria on the card.
Schedule a task, find a time, and read the week across the organisation.
Ask from the board, treat drafts as drafts, and apply what you accept.
Capture a thought, set a reminder, keep personal lists off the programme board.
Install MCP, sign in, and let the agent work the same board as the rest of the team.
How it works
Open app.yuzuup.com. Google or email — this marketing site does not hold your projects.
Accept an invite or open a project you already own. Roles follow the board: owners, members, viewers.
Pick a delivery model, put dates on the calendar, and keep Copilot and Cursor on the same record.
UK-minded hosting
Yuzu Projects is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase for Inject Group. Development follows Cyber Essentials Plus practice and ISO/IEC 27001-aligned evidence in the product repo. Yuzu GRC questionnaires and Technical Verification run against staging — never as a live production scan from the control itself.
Access, incidents, and account help: support@injectgroup.com. In-app guides live in the help hub.
